Job summary

Roca Alliances is seeking an Global HR Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day administration across the employee lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and compliant processes across regions. You will report to the Global Director of HR Operations and Systems in a role that thrives on organization and cross-timezone collaboration.

The role focuses on building streamlined processes, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination, and driving continuous improvement through automation and AI.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR operations experience in multi-country setups.
• Experience across onboarding, performance, relations, and offboarding.
• Hands-on HRIS experience; strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve people practices to meet global/local requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding across countries.
• Prepare global HR documents such as letters and visa support letters.
• Build scalable HR processes with self-service and automation.
• Support employee relations meetings and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS; audit data.
• Partner with HR Systems and vendors on tech initiatives.
• Assist payroll changes with regional teams.
• Produce reports and executive summaries on HR metrics.
