Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to lead Rippling setup and ongoing HR administration for a U.S.-based, multi-location business.

The role combines HR admin, HRIS implementation, payroll and benefits coordination, multi-state policy configuration, and employee support in a fully remote Latin America setting. Fluent English and 5+ years of HR Ops experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Operations experience supporting U.S. employees.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Rippling.
• Experience configuring entities, locations, payroll, benefits, and onboarding in Rippling.
• Experience supporting both full‑time and part‑time U.S. employees.
• Experience preparing offer letters and maintaining records.
• Experience setting up multi‑state HR policies (PTO, sick leave, overtime, breaks).
• Time tracking, payroll integration, and manager training in HR processes.
• Strong English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and ongoing administration of Rippling.
• Configure new entities, locations, and onboarding workflows.
• Support payroll, benefits, and state employer/tax IDs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and adjust compensation as needed.
• Improve HR workflows and system efficiency.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding for U.S. employees.
• Prepare offer letters and employment agreements.
• Configure multi-state HR policies and maintain documentation.
• Implement time-tracking and payroll integration in Rippling.
• Train managers and employees on HR processes.
