Productiv Team is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide operational support for a global, distributed team. The role focuses on compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations across North America, Europe, LATAM, and India, while working remotely from LATAM and aligning with EST business hours.

You will thrive in an autonomous virtual environment, manage inquiries, run reports, and collaborate with Legal and global partners to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant HR experience in a fast-growing organization.
• Experience with compliance, employment regulations, and benefits administration.
• Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual, agile environment.
• Experience with global regions (NA, Europe, LATAM, India) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR programs including benefits, employment relations, compliance and audits.
• Monitor changes to US federal, state, local employment laws.
• Partner with Legal to process Work Authorization applications.
• Collaborate with Global EORs to manage benefits and compliance.
• Run reports on benefits, leave, and compliance trends.
• Handle HR inquiries from team members and managers.
• Maintain knowledge of global HR trends and best practices.
• Coordinate onsite and offsite social events as needed.
• Perform other duties and support other departments as needed.
