IgniteTech is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own AI-driven agent workflows across enterprise-scale platforms. You’ll operate at the intersection of product engineering, AI infrastructure, and technical leadership, shaping reliable autonomous services for Fortune 100–class customers.

You’ll lead senior engineers, design systems with guardrails, and push fast but safe delivery. This fully remote role emphasizes async collaboration and scalable impact across teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-stack web engineering with depth on front-end and back-end.
• Proven track record as a tech lead directing senior and mid-level engineers.
• Experience building AI-native systems with prompts, context, and evals.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools and enterprise-quality output.

Responsabilidades

• Architect agent-ready systems with context, tooling, evaluation harnesses and guardrails.
• Orchestrate parallel agent fleets and improve capabilities when issues arise.
• Ship production features quickly while maintaining reliability and security.
• Pack improvements so the whole team benefits across people and code.
• Lead senior engineers, review architecture and set technical direction.
