Aditi Consulting is seeking an innovative Agentic AI Engineer in Bogotá to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade multi-agent systems that harness modern AI technologies to solve business challenges.

The role requires systems thinking to architect autonomous AI ecosystems where agents collaborate, reason, use tools, and operate reliably at scale. You will design MCP servers, RAG pipelines, observability, and governance for production systems.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with Python and/or Java.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and retrieval systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end agent architectures, defining roles, workflows, tool access, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Build and maintain MCP servers, tool registries, and agent integration frameworks.
• Develop advanced agent workflows including orchestration, routing, handoffs, parallel execution, and recovery mechanisms.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Establish observability frameworks including logging, tracing, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
• Define governance models, guardrails, escalation procedures, and AI compliance practices.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, explainability, and performance optimization of production AI systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end agent architectures, defining roles, workflows, tool access, and human-in-the-loop interactions
• Build and maintain MCP servers, tool registries, and agent integration frameworks

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or pgvector
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or enterprise AI governance
• Background in conversational AI and autonomous systems
