IgniteTech is hiring a Senior Cloud Operations & AI Automation Engineer to own on-call incidents, design autonomous agents, and build self-healing workflows that reduce human intervention at Fortune 100 scale. You will drive incident response, encode learnings into agentic tools, and maintain safe production practices across global environments.
You will work with AWS at scale, implement quality gates, and document procedures for a distributed, async team.
Formación
- 5+ years in production SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Operations roles with real pager time on large-scale SaaS.
Responsabilidades
- On-call & incident command. First responder on your shift, triage, resolve, and accelerate customer-impacting events with uptime as a personal commitment.
- AI agent lifecycle: design, deploy, tune, and maintain autonomous agents powering pre-triage, change validation, auto-healing, RCA drafting, and permanent-fix tracking.
- Safe production execution: deployments, configuration changes, and cost-optimization actions pass through quality gates with tested rollbacks.
- RCA discipline: investigate leading to fixes and ship prevention; an RCA without a landed fix is incomplete.
- Knowledge multiplication: document procedures so agents can retrieve them and teammates aren’t starting cold.
