Fountain Forward is hiring an AI Engineer to own the design and production of an agent-native AI product. You will build an orchestration layer enabling multi-agent workflows, integrate RAG and Databricks-based data pipelines, and ship end-to-end ML tooling for enterprise use.

You will collaborate with product, data and client teams to translate business problems into reliable AI capabilities and maintain a scalable MLOps workflow across the stack.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/related field and depth in ML, data structures, cloud or MLOps.
• At least 1 year shipping AI or data products to production.
• Experience with agent-based systems, RAG or multi-step reasoning workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain multi-agent workflows using LangGraph/LangChain.
• Implement safe tool-use layers exposing APIs, databases and ML models to agents.
• Build RAG systems over domain catalogs with vector stores and retrieval eval.
• Instrument runs with tracing, evaluation harnesses and regression tests.
