IgniteTech seeks a senior executive to own cloud operations and AIOps for a high-scale, enterprise SaaS platform powering global brands. The mandate is to make AI agents the primary operators of production, with elite humans designing, governing, and extending the autonomous surface.

You’ll lead a compact, globally distributed team of top-tier engineers, own reliability outcomes, and ship agent improvements weekly.

Formación

• Proven leadership of large-scale SaaS reliability programs.
• Deep experience with autonomous/AI-driven operations.
• Strong hands-on technical capability across cloud and observability stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability outcomes across the platform, including availability and MTTR.
• Architect and govern the AIOps agent ecosystem with guardrails.
• Lead executive customer escalations and strategic incidents.
