IgniteTech is seeking a Software Engineer to join our AI-DNA powered platform. You will build and continuously sharpen the system that lets AI own end-to-end workflows, govern agent orchestration, and deliver end-user value from concept to production.

We move like a startup inside a large enterprise, shipping enterprise-grade features in tight loops for Fortune 100 customers while maintaining high standards, security, and reliability.

Formación

• AI/LLM integration and ownership without hand-coding.
• Strong product sense with minimal-spec execution and polish.
• Proactive, bottleneck-removal mindset with autonomous work.
• Enterprise-grade software delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build and sharpen AI-driven end-to-end workflows and agent systems.
• Direct and improve fleets of agents, ensure quality and fixes.
• Ship enterprise-grade AI features in rapid release cycles.
• Share fixes as reusable rules and context for the team.
• Lead a senior team of engineers, reviewing PRs and approaches.
