Intellectsoft is launching a strategic AI Center of Excellence to redefine enterprise workflows with AI-first principles. We are building a cross-functional team to design orchestrated multi-agent pipelines, production-grade AI agents, and governance models that reduce cycle times and token budgets.
The ideal candidate will master prompt engineering for Claude and other LLMs, map business processes into agentic workflows, mentor non-technical stakeholders, and drive rapid, measurable value
Formación
- Advanced AI & agentic fluency with hands-on Claude ecosystem.
- Experience mapping business processes into agentic workflows.
- Strong interpersonal skills to align with non-technical business owners.
Responsabilidades
- Redesign operational processes into agentic workflows.
- Design and deploy production-grade AI agents and skills.
- Co-design with AI Champion through discovery and UAT.
- Mentor and transfer knowledge to clients' teams.
- Balance project lifecycle with business discovery vs engineering.
