Job summary

Adecco Colombia S.A. in Bogotá is seeking a Specialist Tech Consultant to support end-to-end delivery of operational and Customer Experience enhancements, from technical solution design to production deployment.

The role involves coordinating testing activities (UAT and PDR), leading test execution, and adopting tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Excel to ensure visibility, quality, and adoption across projects. On-site and remote modality with Colombia-based location.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ required).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or operational roles within technology or digital environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end operational and Customer Experience enhancements: define technical solution design, testing strategy, lead test execution, and coordinate deployment to production.
• Coordinate and organize end-to-end testing activities (UAT and PDR), including test scenarios and evidence consolidation.
• Lead the adoption of project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Excel) to be structured, scalable and aligned with delivery needs.
• Design and maintain automated dashboards and operational views focused on development progress and testing phases, improving visibility and reducing manual reporting.

About role

We are looking Specialist Tech Consultant supports also owns the end-to-end delivery of operational and Customer Experience enhancements, from technical solution design through production deployment. This role contributes to the efficient execution and adoption of technology initiatives, ensuring consistency, visibility, and operational discipline throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage operational and Customer Experience enhancements end-to-end: define the technical solution design, align the testing strategy with business and technical stakeholders, lead test execution, and coordinate deployment to production, ensuring quality, stability, and business adoption.
• Coordinate and organize end-to-end testing activities (UAT and PDR), including the structuring and maintenance of testing scenarios and test cases, alignment with business and technical teams, and consolidation of testing progress, results, and evidence.
• Lead the operational evolution and adoption of project tracking tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Excel), ensuring they are structured, scalable, and aligned with technology delivery needs.
• Design, maintain, and continuously improve automated dashboards and operational views focused on development progress and testing phases, improving visibility of key delivery indicators and reducing manual reporting efforts.
