Concentrix Corporation in Bogotá is seeking a Specialist, Customer Success - Bilingual to engage clients, promote product value, and renew contracts. The role focuses on outbound calls and emails, CRM data maintenance, and delivering accurate forecasts.

You will collaborate with teammates and report to a Sales Manager to ensure high-quality customer experiences. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales (1+ in B2B), fluent English (B2), CRM experience, and a track record of meeting sales targets

Formación

• 2+ years in sales, at least 1 year in B2B sales.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proven track record meeting sales quotas.
• Experience with high-volume calling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Mastery of product knowledge to assess client requirements.
• Address customer concerns and roadblocks affecting satisfaction.
• Manage high-volume customer contacts via phone and email.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure relevant information is captured.
• Undertake sales motions including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, renewals.
