Convergys in Bogotá is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Sales Development - Bilingual to drive outbound sales activities and renewals, articulating value of products to customers while maintaining high engagement.

You will forecast pipelines weekly, maintain CRM data, and work with the Sales Manager to deliver a professional customer experience in a fast paced environment.

Formación

• Experience with outbound calls and emails is required.
• Ability to maintain and enrich CRM data.
• Pipeline forecasting and quota attainment are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Mastery of product knowledge to assess client needs.
• Initiate steps to resolve customer concerns and blockers.
