Lean Solutions Group is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive technical decisions and execution for automating core logistics workflows. This remote LATAM role combines hands-on engineering with CSM expertise and leadership to deliver scalable solutions where people, AI agents, and deterministic automation collaborate.

You will guide ServiceNow development, manage large environments, and partner with leadership on the technical roadmap while ensuring architectural consistency across

Formación

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience including CSM.
• Experience managing large ServiceNow environments and platform upgrades.
• Strong TypeScript experience in a team setting.
• Foundational knowledge of databases and distributed systems.
• Experience leading technical projects with architectural consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business teams to translate processes into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead engineers delivering workflow automation across domains.
• Guide ServiceNow CSM development including case management and rules.
• Manage ServiceNow table models, upgrades, and environment promotions.
• Develop ServiceNow solutions using TypeScript, Fluent, and SDKs.
• Build event-driven workflows using orchestration and durable execution.
• Design workflows combining deterministic automation, AI agents, and humans.
• Lead integrations between ServiceNow and external systems via APIs and Kafka.
• Help determine capabilities for ServiceNow vs external platforms.
• Establish engineering standards across architecture, testing, CI/CD, observability.
• Partner on technical roadmap and maintain architectural consistency.
• Contribute to backend integrations and frontend development as needed.
