Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned governance, AI capability advancement, and collaboration with Solutions Architects to translate complex requirements into agile deliverables.

You should have 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, strong JavaScript and API skills, and a CAD certification; CIS is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and core ITSM/ITOM modules.
• CAD certification is required; CIS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong ITIL understanding and mentoring in Agile.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Technical Architecture & Customization: Design, build, and maintain custom applications, complex workflows, catalog items, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advance Now Assist AI Capabilities: Develop and refine AI skills, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows to increase automation and streamline business processes.
• Maintain Platform Governance & Integrity: Manage cross-platform impacts of requested changes, enforce quality standards, and oversee regular ServiceNow version upgrades for vendor compliance.
• Bridge Technical & Business Needs: Collaborate directly with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into functional Agile deliverables.
