Iron Mountain in Mexico is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to design, build, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. You will lead architectural efforts and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, CAD certification, ITIL knowledge, and a proven track record mentoring developers within an Agile environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and core modules ITSM/ITOM/SPM/HAM/SAM/CSM/SPO.
• CAD certification required; CIS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related technical field.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and mentoring experience in Agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Technical Architecture & Customization: design, build, and maintain custom applications, complex workflows, catalog items, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advance Now Assist AI Capabilities: develop and refine AI skills, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows.
• Maintain Platform Governance & Integrity: manage cross-platform changes, enforce quality, and oversee upgrades for vendor compliance.
• Bridge Technical & Business Needs: collaborate with Solutions Architects and stakeholders to turn requirements into Agile deliverables.
