BairesDev is seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to own the platform roadmap and translate stakeholder requests into scalable solutions. You will manage backlog, sprint planning, and roadmap execution to ensure the platform evolves with real business needs.
This role requires strong ServiceNow expertise in ITSM and HRSD, including Employee Center Pro, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and excellent stakeholder management.
Formación
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong ServiceNow experience, ITSM and HRSD modules (Employee Center Pro, onboarding/offboarding).
- Proven ability to translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Manage ServiceNow product initiatives and translate stakeholder requests into scalable platform solutions.
- Own backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and roadmap execution.
- Coordinate QA and UAT to ensure quality delivery of platform enhancements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and communicate with executive stakeholders.
