BairesDev is seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to drive ITSM/HRSD product strategy and delivery for enterprise IT services. You will own the roadmap, backlog, and sprint execution to align platform capabilities with business priorities, shaping HR and IT service delivery across the organization.
The role requires strong ServiceNow expertise, stakeholder management, and fluent English. This 100% remote position offers competitive USD compensation and flexible hours to support a global team.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules.
- Ability to translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Proven stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Drive product strategy and delivery for ITSM initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.
- Translate stakeholder needs into scalable, well-designed platform solutions.
- Own backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and roadmap execution.
- Coordinate QA and UAT processes to ensure reliable platform delivery.
