BairesDev is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

You will act as the primary link across teams to navigate dependencies, mitigate risks, and deliver solutions for clients. This role offers a fully remote work environment with competitive compensation in USD or local currency and a focus on mentorship and growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or project management for technical delivery.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and dependency tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs with defined scope, milestones and success criteria.
• Coordinate across engineering and product teams to manage inter-team dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate progress and technical needs to stakeholders at all levels.
• Establish standardized project management frameworks for efficiency.
