This 100% remote role involves optimizing profitability, capacity planning, and implementing IT strategies that drive business outcomes on a global scale.

Formación

• 7+ years of proven experience in engineering management roles.
• Strong communication and leadership presence.
• Advanced expertise in financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent client relationship management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of multiple large-scale technology projects via staff augmentation.
• Coach and manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Forecast profitability, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Develop IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Meet financial objectives through forecasting and expenditure control.
• Maintain high service quality and adherence to standards.
