BairesDev is a globally remote technology leader seeking a ServiceNow Product Manager to own the ServiceNow platform, translating stakeholder requests into scalable solutions. You will manage the backlog, sprint planning, and roadmap execution to ensure ITSM and HRSD capabilities evolve to meet business needs.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in product management, deep ServiceNow experience, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Strong ServiceNow experience, including ITSM/HRSD modules.
- Ability to translate stakeholder requests into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, QA/UAT coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Manage ServiceNow product initiatives, translating stakeholder requests into scalable platform solutions.
- Own backlog management, sprint planning, story refinement, and roadmap execution.
- Coordinate QA and UAT to ensure quality delivery of platform enhancements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and communicate with executive stakeholders.
