Formación

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience in the IT industry managing technical projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, monitor, and drive the execution of IT and software projects from initial concept through completion.
• Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, providing clear direction and professional guidance.
• Align technical project delivery with broader business strategies and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor project capacity, resource allocation, and budget performance to optimize efficiency and profitability.
