Job summary

DXC Technology seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead large-scale ITSM/ITOM transformations across LATAM. You will guide delivery teams, define architectures, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for enterprise environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor engineers, and drive governance while integrating with external systems through REST, SOAP, and MID Server technologies.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in IT and 5+ years on ServiceNow consulting/implementation.
• Ability to lead technical implementation and support teams.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM, Observability, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams for ServiceNow implementations and support.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and governance across projects.
• Design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions for enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and architecture.
• Configure Incident/Problem/Change/Request/Knowledge/Service Catalog modules.
• Implement ITOM and Observability, build integrations via REST/SOAP/MID Server.
• Develop portals, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer.
