Iron Mountain Mexico seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and maintain custom applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes advancing AI capabilities, governance, and agile delivery, collaborating with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders, and ensuring smooth upgrades and vendor compliance.
Ideal candidates have CAD certification, 5+ years in ServiceNow, ITIL knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules.
- ServiceNow CAD certification is required; CIS preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong ITIL understanding with mentoring experience in an Agile environment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead technical architecture and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and refine AI skills, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows.
- Maintain platform governance and oversee upgrades for vendor compliance.
- Bridge technical and business needs with Solutions Architects and stakeholders.
