DXC Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant to lead enterprise implementations and support services across LATAM. You will design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow modules, mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to define requirements and architecture.

Advanced Spanish and strong consulting mindset are preferred, with CSA certification and ITIL knowledge a plus. The role offers in-person collaboration with flexible options and multinational exposure.

Formación

• 5–7+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow consulting and implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading technical implementation and support teams.
• CSA certification mandatory.
• Experience in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB across core modules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical teams responsible for ServiceNow implementations and support services.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and governance throughout project lifecycles.
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and solution architecture.
• Configure and customize the full ServiceNow ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, Asset).
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers.
• Design and enhance ServiceNow portals and digital experiences.
