DXC Technology seeks a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead enterprise-scale transformations in LATAM. You will guide cross-functional teams, architect solutions, and drive ITSM/ITOM initiatives including Observability, integrations, and portal enhancements.

Expect collaboration with clients and delivery teams to define requirements, design architectures, and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle. Strong leadership and multilingual capabilities are essential.

Formación

• 5–7+ years IT experience with ServiceNow consulting and implementations.
• Certificate: CSA mandatory; ITSM, ITOM, and Observability knowledge.
• Experience leading technical delivery teams across enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical teams for ServiceNow implementations and support.
• Provide guidance, governance, and solution architecture oversight.
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM suites.
