BairesDev is seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Workday to align business objectives with technical Workday solutions. You will optimize Workday modules, translate requirements into functional designs, and ensure seamless configurations supporting HR and financial ops.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, building reports and integrations, and driving efficiency across Workday environments, with a fully remote setup and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proven expertise in configuring Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Benefits).
• Strong knowledge of Workday security, processes, and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate into Workday configurations.
• Design and test custom reports, dashboards, and security models in Workday.
• Configure and optimize business processes and core Workday modules for performance.
• Create and maintain Workday integrations and automated data flows.
