BairesDev, a global technology leader, is hiring a Workday Consultant to drive end-to-end implementation and integration efforts from a fully remote posture. You will design and configure Workday HCM or Financials modules, build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors, and ensure data integrity through calculated fields and security controls.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant or in a similar HCM/Financials technical role.
• Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Workday HCM or Financials modules.
• Proficiency in developing complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Strong technical skills in creating Calculated Fields and managing the Workday security model.
• Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST) for data transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday HCM or Financials modules.
• Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Design advanced Calculated Fields and manage the Workday security model to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Facilitate seamless data flow between Workday and third-party systems through XML, XSLT, and web services.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable technical architectures.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
