Formación
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Proven experience in business process analysis.
- Experience querying databases and advanced data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of business modeling and requirements management tools.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Experience creating detailed BRDs.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum.
- Advanced English.
Responsabilidades
- Lead process analysis and requirements for complex projects.
- Analyze data to provide insights for strategic decisions.
- Develop business cases with cost-benefit analyses.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive decisions.
- Mentor junior analysts and share best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
