BairesDev is seeking a Workday Analyst – Payroll & Time Tracking to join our global, fully remote team. You will support Workday configuration across Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, collaborating with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions within the platform.
You will gather requirements, help configure and maintain modules, build reports for business and compliance needs, and assist with testing cycles and Workday upgrades.
Formación
- Experience with Workday HCM.
- Familiarity with Workday Core HR configuration.
- Background in Workday Absence Management.
- Experience with Workday Time Tracking.
- Familiarity with Workday Payroll configuration.
- Advanced level of English.
Responsabilidades
- Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into Workday configurations.
- Support configuration and maintenance of Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
- Help build reports supporting business and compliance needs.
- Support testing cycles and Workday upgrades.
