• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong experience with Core HR configuration.
• Background in Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll configuration.

• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate into Workday configurations.
• Configure and maintain Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
• Build reports to support business and compliance needs.
• Support testing cycles and manage Workday upgrades.
