BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to own Workday configuration and annual events across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. You will work directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday configurations while training teams to use the system efficiently.
The role requires 5+ years of Workday HCM experience, expertise in Compensation, Benefits, security, and integrations, and strong English communication.
Formación
- Minimum 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
- Strong configuration skills across Core HR, Compensation and Benefits.
- Experience with Workday Report Writer and dashboards.
- Experience with Workday security administration and business process configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS).
Responsabilidades
- Own ongoing Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Support annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
- Gather requirements directly from HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into Workday configuration.
- Train cross-functional teams on Workday and explain technical concepts clearly.
