BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst focused on Payroll and Time Tracking. You will own Workday configuration across Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll, gathering requirements from HR and delivering effective solutions within the platform.

You will build reports, support testing cycles, and manage upgrades, acting as the functional expert for payroll and time processes. Excellent English is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong experience with Workday Core HR configuration.
• Background in Workday Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking.
• Proficiency with Workday Payroll configuration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements from HR stakeholders and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules.
• Build reports supporting business and compliance needs.
• Support testing cycles and manage Workday upgrades.
