Formación

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and mapping.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Ability to understand and document complex business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Create detailed documentation including process maps, use cases, and user stories.
