BairesDev is hiring a Workday Analyst to support configuration across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance, plus international stakeholders, to translate business needs into Workday setup.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or your local currency. You will train teams on Workday concepts and contribute to global projects with the Top 1% talent.

Formación

• Experience with Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits configurations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Support Workday configuration and enhancements across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Assist with annual HR events such as merit cycles and open enrollment.
• Gather requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders.
