BairesDev is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and manage SAP's cloud-based HCM suite, streamlining HR operations and elevating employee experience across client projects.

You will design and configure modules such as Employee Central, recruiting and learning; manage full lifecycle deployments; optimize reporting; and ensure smooth integration with existing enterprise systems in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar HCM role.
• Proven expertise in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central.
• Hands-on experience configuring recruiting, learning, and performance management solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based HR suites and integration with enterprise systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Employee Central, recruiting, and learning.
• Configure HCM solutions to align with specific business requirements and complex HR workflows.
• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Optimize performance management and reporting tools to provide actionable human capital insights.
• Ensure the seamless integration of cloud HR components with existing enterprise systems.
