Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities.

Applicants should bring 10+ years in IT enterprise apps and 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan platforms, with strong SQL, integration, and Agile delivery experience. This on-site role in Mexico offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
