Job summary

DXC Technology in Colombia is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant specialized in Asset Management and AI (Now Assist) to join our Managed Services team. You will design end-to-end Asset Management solutions, integrate ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM, and work with US-based stakeholders to evolve the platform roadmap.

You will bring 5–7 years IT experience with strong ServiceNow skills, HAM/SAM, and CSA certification, while driving continuous improvement and backlog-driven delivery in a global context.

Qualifications

• Approx. 5-7 years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow background.
• 3+ years hands-on Asset Management (HAM/SAM).
• Experience in Managed Services environments (ITSM-focused).
• Proven experience supporting continuous improvement and backlog-driven delivery.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) - mandatory.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Asset Management configuration.
• Asset lifecycle and compliance processes.
• CMDB data model and governance.
• Workflow automation (Flow Designer).
• Integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Server).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Asset Management solutions across lifecycle stages.
• Configure and optimize HAM/SAM, Asset Workspace, Asset Lifecycle, and EAM (nice to have).
• Leverage Now Assist and AI capabilities to drive automation and user experience improvements.
• Support a Managed Services model with enhancements, backlog, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to define requirements and architecture.
• Ensure integration between Asset Management, ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
• Support discovery, normalization, and CMDB data governance.
• Develop integrations with external systems (ERP, procurement, discovery tools).
• Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and automation best practices.
• Develop dashboards/KPIs for asset visibility, cost optimization, and compliance.
• Contribute to roadmap definition and platform evolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and Managed Services governance.
