Cognizant is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant in Colombia to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that streamline client business processes and digital workflows.

As part of the ServiceNow practice, you will mentor developers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes across remote, hybrid, and onsite engagements in Bogota.

Formación

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM and additional product lines.
• Strong JS, HTML, CSS, integrations and web technologies.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Translate requirements, user stories, and technical specs into scalable designs.
• Lead technical design discussions, solution architecture decisions, and integration activities.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers while promoting coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
