DXC Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant specialized in Asset Management and AI (Now Assist) to join our Managed Services team in a cross-functional ITSM environment. You will work with a US-based client, ensuring fluent English communication and strong asset governance.

The role emphasizes HAM/SAM implementations, ITOM/CMDB integration, and continuous improvement within a global delivery model, using Flow Designer and automation best practices.

Formación

• Approx. 5-7 years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow background.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Asset Management (HAM/SAM).
• Experience in Managed Services environments (ITSM-focused).
• Proven experience supporting continuous improvement and backlog-driven delivery.
• CSA (Certified System Administrator) mandatory.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow Asset Management configuration and CMDB governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement end-to-end Asset Management solutions across full lifecycle.
• Configure and optimize HAM/SAM and Asset Workspace & Lifecycle processes.
• Leverage Now Assist and AI capabilities to drive automation and UX improvements.
• Support a Managed Services model with backlog management and roadmap evolution.
• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to define requirements and architecture.
• Ensure integration between Asset Management, ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
• Develop integrations with ERP, procurement, and discovery tools.
• Build dashboards and KPIs for asset visibility, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and governance.
