Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B clients and growing brands. You will set targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

The role requires hands-on management of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, plus responsible for measurement with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels, and for delivering 90-day roadmaps and quarterly results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Proven track record of ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up reliable measurement with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the narrative.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
