Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

In this remote role, you will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, testing, tracking, and attribution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Grow account value through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
