Nokia is seeking a NAM FN Remote Delivery Engineering Leader to guide a high‑performing engineering organization responsible for FN professional services. The role oversees Nokia and subcontractor resources in NAM FN Remote Delivery Engineering, reporting to the NAM NI Remote Delivery Engineering lead in the NAM CDO Customer Engineering team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering delivery, technical operations, or network services leadership experience.
• Expertise with FN networking technologies, network integration, network automation, and/or telecom engineering services.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, delivery KPIs, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication in English, leadership presence, and customer engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a multi‑disciplinary engineering team.
• Translate organizational goals into executable delivery plans with KPIs for quality, efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.
• Plan and control budget, capacity, operational forecasting, and resource planning across engineering delivery functions.
• Establish and maintain process frameworks that drive repeatability, quality, and operational discipline across engineering delivery functions.
• Lead cross‑functional root‑cause analysis efforts and corrective action plans to enhance delivery quality.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion and build leadership capability across the engineering organization.
