A telecommunications solutions provider in Colombia is seeking a detail-oriented candidate with expertise in IMS architectures to manage technical resources and coordination. The ideal candidate will set objectives, ensure project quality, and interact with clients and vendors. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams and mitigating risks, requiring strong analytical skills in troubleshooting. Formación

• Must handle all resources and coordination from a technical standpoint.
• Set and achieve objectives, ensure top quality, and control of the project.
• Handle client and vendor interaction and act as the subject expert.
• Proficient in CI/CD ( NCD ) and GIT Cloud.
• Familiarity with CNCS, Titan.ium, CFX-5000 (CSCF), Nokia TAS, A/I-SBC, iNUM/DNS, and HLR/HSS/SDL.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, Diameter, and MEGACO protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Align with customer business goals and Nokia objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks early.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Integration, Engineering, and Support).

Conocimientos

Deep knowledge of IMS architectures (VoLTE, VoWiFi, VoNR)

Experience with containers (Docker/K8s/NCS)

Experience with VM's/NF's LifeCycle Management

Experience with CI/CD and GIT Cloud

Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, Diameter, MEGACO protocols

Descripción del empleo

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

• Deep knowledge of IMS architectures (VoLTE, VoWiFi, VoNR) mobile, fixed and converged networks.
• Experience with containers (Docker/K8s/NCS), and cloud platforms, RedHat preferable.
• Experience with VM's/NF's LifeCycle Management with MANO tools as NCOM.
• Experience with CI/CD (NCD) and GIT Cloud.
• Experience with CNCS, Titan.ium, CFX-5000 (CSCF), Nokia TAS, A/I-SBC, iNUM/DNS, and HLR/HSS/SDL (Nokia or 3rd party).
• Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, Diameter, and MEGACO protocols.

Management & Soft Skills:

• Ability to understand and align with customer business goals and Nokia objectives.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks early.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Integration, Engineering, and Support).
• Strong analytical skills to drive troubleshooting task forces (Ability to interpret RCAs and Call Flows).
