Nokia is seeking a NAM ON Remote Delivery Engineering Lead in Bogotá to drive a high-performing, customer-centric engineering organization delivering ON professional services. You will manage Nokia and subcontractor resources, set strategy, and ensure delivery readiness across the NAM region.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in delivery or leadership, strong ON networking and automation expertise, and a track record of managing budgets and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 10+ years in engineering delivery, technical operations, or leadership of network services.
• Expertise with ON technologies, network integration, and telecom engineering services.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong business acumen with budgets and KPIs.

Mansioni

• Serve as single point of contact for NAM ON RDE in the region.
• Own CAPEX/OPEX and Subco budget planning and control.
• Lead workforce planning and development of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Translate strategy into delivery plans with KPIs for quality and cost.
