Job summary

Nokia Bogotá seeks a Customer Engineer for Fixed Networks to design, integrate, migrate and optimize complex FN, IP/Optical networks. You will work with global teams and customers, delivering reliable solutions and driving successful deployments.

The role includes opportunities to cross-train in IP/Optical projects, upscale with AI automation tools, and contribute to high-impact network modernization initiatives with a strong emphasis on service quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Telecom and 5+ years in telecom networks.
• Relevant certifications preferred (NRSII, SRA, CCIE, JNCIE).
• Experience with optics, IP/MPLS, and multi-vendor OSS.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize fixed network architectures and service designs.
• Deliver network integration, migration and upgrade services.
• Perform testing, validation and troubleshooting across deployments.
• Engage customers as the primary technical contact and provide guidance.
• Create deployment design docs and project progress reports.
