AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations using .NET, C#, React, and Azure. You will direct AI agents through planning, testing, and verification, ensuring secure, auditable delivery of features.

Role requires strong Azure experience, hands-on work with Claude Code or equivalent, and the ability to translate objectives into executable agent work while coordinating multiple agents in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including production deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Translate objectives into executable agent work and coordinate multiple agents.
• Operate within an AI Skill governance model and propose bounded improvements.
• Senior product judgment; deliver V1 outcomes at a high pace.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, testing, pipelines, and production validation.
• Excellent communication; early blockers escalation and alignment.
• US Eastern Time overlap for full-time engagement.
• Ability to demonstrate the agentic workflow in a live AI coding exercise.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT or demo readiness.
• Convert changing product direction into actionable delivery plans.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements conflict.
• Utilize the AI Skill consistently and route improvements without displacing delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously rather than accepting agent output uncritically.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Preserve security, auditability, tenant isolation, and least privilege access for PHI.
• Make blockers and risks visible to the team.
