AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations using .NET, C#, React, and Azure. The role focuses on directing AI agents through planning and testing, with emphasis on security, tenant isolation, and PHI protection.

The ideal candidate has strong technical judgment, experience with multi-tenant SaaS, and the ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work at a high pace.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proven production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including production deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT/demo readiness before optimization.
• Translate product direction into actionable delivery plans and keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities conflict.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously and verify outputs before delivery.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences across the platform.
• Ensure security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access for PHI.
