AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations and program delivery. You will work with .NET, C#, React, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing to verify outputs and drive value.

You will own backend services, APIs, and portal experiences while ensuring security, auditability, and proper tenant isolation for protected health information.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering production software in complex environments.
• Hands-on with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with React/TypeScript in component-based apps and Azure deployments.
• Familiarity with AI agentic workflows and Claude Code or equivalent tools.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React/TypeScript, and Azure.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Ensure security, tenant isolation, and compliance for health information.
• Translate product objectives into executable agent work and delivery plans.
