AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform supporting clinical operations. You will work with .NET, C#, React, and Azure to steer AI agents through planning and testing, ensuring secure and scalable delivery.

You will guide feature delivery, coordinate multiple agents, and verify outputs through builds, tests, and runtime checks, while prioritizing V1 outcomes and stakeholder alignment in a remote, fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient with .NET 8 or 9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL in production.
• Experience with React and TypeScript in component-based applications.
• Strong Azure experience including production deployment and operational ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and coordinate multiple agents.
• Work within an AI Skill governance model and propose bounded improvements.
• Senior product judgment and ability to deliver V1 outcomes at pace.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, service boundaries, automated testing, and pipelines.
• Strong communication and early escalation of blockers; align priorities.
• Compatible with United States Eastern Time for a full-time engagement.
• Ability to demonstrate the agentic workflow in a live AI coding exercise and explain tool choices.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first workflow.
• Prioritize functional V1 delivery and readiness before optimization or tooling work.
• Convert evolving product directions into practical delivery plans and keep work moving.
• Align early with stakeholders when requirements or priorities clash.
• Use the AI Skill consistently and route improvements without displacing delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Rigorously review generated work and verify outputs.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences across the platform.
• Preserve security, auditability, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
• Highlight blockers, decisions, risks, and next outcomes to the team.
